At RockingStones we pride ourselves to always produce quality statement jewellery that not only looks beautiful but brings you joy.
We run a competent check prior to posting. We do not hold any liability if your item/s have been damage in transit. If your item is damaged on arrival please contact the courier. You must keep all packaging including the outer packaging.
You as the buyer you should inspect your jewellery on receipt and should notify us within five days if your item is damaged. If we are notified after five days of receipt then you have confirmed that you have accepted the item/s as fit.
After careful review we may offer an exchange for faulty products but no refunds will be available in any circumstances.
If you claim your item is faulty, you the buyer should inform RockingStones within 5 days of receipt and return to us insured at your own expense. We take no responsibility for lost goods in transit. This cost will be refunded to you if your claim is successful. You remain fully responsible for Rockingstones jewellery item/s until the item/s have been received by ourselves. Where returned jewellery is found to be damaged due to the buyer's fault, the claim will be void.
All items sent out will be sent out recorded signed for and insured.
We do not offer exchange or refund on change of mind.
