All  orders are processed and sent within 1-3 working days. If your order is urgent, please email us directly first so that we can do our best to fulfill your needs.

We do our very best to send out your items in protective packaging. Where possible we send out your Jewellery insured and signed for. Some international orders have to be send out via FedEx where Royal Mail doesn't. If you live outside the UK please be aware that you may have to pay import duties and taxes. You as they buyer are responsible for paying for import duties and taxes.


All items to be sent within the UK are posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed by 1pm the next working day. Your parcel is fully trackable and requires a signature upon delivery.  Some remote areas in the UK are exempt of the 1pm guarantee, please consult Royal Mail's website for a full up to date list.

There is an extra premium charge for UK Saturday delivery guaranteed by 1pm.

Please note that you, the client, are responsible for paying all import duties and taxes if you live outside the UK. 


Goods will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise. If you have any special requests please email us.

RockingStones Jewellery will not take responsibility for any lost or delayed packages after sent out. No compensation will be made by us for errors made by postal company or any incorrect info given. If your parcel goes missing you the customer must make a claim with the postal company. Details are given below.

FedEx - For Piece of mind we recommend FedEx. 

A  fully traceable delivery we would recommend you opt for FEDEX Delivery. FEDEX is insured and fully traceable. Some countries only have FedEx option.

Royal Mail  - tracking and signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days sometimes longer.

Royal Mail International Tracked - Ideal for sending important or valuable goods, offering tracking at five points after despatch as well as an online confirmation of delivery.

Royal Mail International Signed - Your item will be tracked until it leaves the UK and only handed over at its final destination once we have a signature from the recipient.

We cannot be held responsible for stolen packages, damages occurring during the shipping process, undelivered items or custom fees. You are responsible for knowing and paying your countries custom fees. We are not responsible for this. We will not accept packages that were refused due to custom charges. We take extra care when packaging international orders so your items remain safe during their journey. International orders sometimes longer than expected depending on your countries custom laws.
